After qualifying with double degrees from the University of South Australia‚ Fiona worked as a teacher for several years before relocating to New Zealand to pursue a career in the Finance and Property Industry. 

Fiona is a licensed Real Estate Agent and a member of Real Estate Agent Authority (REAA) and Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ). She has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and has been a Managing Director of Benchmark alongside Maxton Eves since the company’s inception in 2008. 

Benchmark is built on communication, dedication, and transparency all of which has earned the company a good reputation in the real estate industry. The Benchmark team offers a full service: pre-sale renovations, home staging, professional photography as well as property management. Fiona has extensive knowledge for buyers and homeowners and considers herself to be highly skilled in all aspects of sales and negotiation.

Besides her involvement in the real estate industry, she is also the director of a property investment company, Wealth Management Strategies (www.wealthman.co.nz).  With her own extensive property portfolio across NZ, coupled with her knowledge and experience, there are few who are equipped to assist with your investment property, moving up the property ladder or helping first time buyers get onto the property ladder.
